Niramuchu Art & Design sells products on its online store (www.niramuchuart.com) to individuals of legal age. For orders outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for taxes and customs duties.

The seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of delivery; you should review the terms before placing an order. Product images or colours presented in the online store and on the website may differ slightly from reality due to technical reasons.

Products and Prices

Product prices and features are listed on the website. Prices include the applicable value-added tax. The prices listed are valid until further notice or for the time indicated in the product information. If an incorrect price differs significantly from the actual price to the extent that the consumer customer should have understood it was a mistake, the incorrect price does not bind the seller.

Placing an Order

Orders are placed by adding the selected products to the online store’s shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. If you have special requests or questions about your order, please email us at info@niramuchuart.com.

When placing an order, you must provide your name, address, email address, and a phone number capable of receiving text messages. Notifications regarding order pick-ups are sent via SMS. Ensure that the personal and other order information you provide in the online store or order form is accurate and complete. By ordering, you agree to comply with the terms of delivery and use.

Order Confirmation

After a successful payment transaction, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer. The order confirmation includes key details of the order as well as information about the right of cancellation, procedures, and deadlines. A packing list and return instructions will be included in the delivery. A binding order is created when the customer receives the order confirmation.

The online store reserves the right to reject orders for justified reasons. If we are unable to confirm your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Payment Methods

In the online store, you can pay with bank cards, the online banking buttons of all banks, major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, as well as Klarna’s Pay Later and Split Payments methods.

If you choose Klarna as your payment processor, you agree to all its terms and agreements, which can be found via these links: Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions. Klarna's customer service information.

Delivery Time

The delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method and product availability. Online store orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of receiving the order. Estimated delivery times are 1–3 business days for orders within Finland, 8–15 business days for orders within Europe and globally. If the product is out of stock, we will contact you. The delivery time for custom-made products will be agreed upon separately.

Delivery Method and Fees

Packages are delivered by Posti directly to the customer's mailbox. Larger orders that cannot be delivered to the home will be directed to the nearest Posti service point or parcel locker based on the delivery address. The delivery fee is shown in the shopping cart before the payment transaction.

Gift Cards

Electronically sent gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. The online store sends the gift card automatically to the email address provided by the customer after a successful payment transaction. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards can be used for multiple orders and do not have to be used all at once. Multiple gift cards can be used for the same order, but you cannot buy a new gift card with an existing one. If you forget the balance of your gift card, you can inquire about it from the online store's customer service.

Consumer Customer’s Right to Cancel

Cancellation Notice

Cancellation is done by making a cancellation notice within 14 days of receiving the goods or the last batch of goods. The cancellation notice can be made using the cancellation form or in a free-form manner, such as by email to info@niramuchuart.com. If the last day of the cancellation period is a Saturday or public holiday, the notice may be given on the next business day.

Failure to collect goods is not considered a cancellation and does not replace a cancellation notice.

Returning Goods

The goods must be handed over to Posti or another carrier service within 14 days of making the cancellation notice. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You can use the return form or include the following information with the return: order number, name, address, phone number, and account number. The return address is Peltolantie 3 A 11, 04600 Mäntsälä. The online store does not accept cash-on-delivery returns, and goods cannot be returned to the return address in person.

You must keep the goods you have received essentially unchanged and undiminished to be entitled to a full refund. You can open or unpack the goods without losing your right to cancel to inspect the product’s characteristics and functionality, as you would in a store. The packaging is part of the product, so handle and open it carefully so that you can return the goods in their original packaging.

The goods must be packed in such a way that they do not get damaged during transport. If the product is damaged during the return journey due to careless packing, you are responsible for the damage caused. You should request a receipt for the shipment to prove the return. Failure to collect the delivery is not a cancellation and does not replace making a cancellation notice.

If you use the goods, you are responsible for any depreciation. If the goods have significantly changed or diminished, the online store has the right to charge an amount corresponding to the depreciation. If the goods have become unsellable due to use, the online store may refuse to refund the purchase price entirely.

Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation

According to the Consumer Protection Act, there is no right of cancellation for goods that have been manufactured or modified according to the buyer's requirements or clearly for personal needs (such as custom-made items cut to specific measurements or engraved products, or items made from your own image).

There is also no right of cancellation for sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once their seal has been broken or opened, such as earrings that go through the skin, opened cosmetics, or sexual health products.

Refunds

The purchase price will be refunded to you no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice has been received. We will refund all payments received, except for any additional costs incurred due to your selection of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the online store. The online store reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you have provided proof of returning the goods, such as a return receipt. We will refund the payments using the same payment method used in the original transaction.

Warranty for Consumer Customers

The online store does not take responsibility for any warranties provided by previous sellers. The customer accepts this by agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Complaints

If a product is lost or damaged during transport, does not match the order, or is defective, the customer is requested to contact customer service. Prompt contact helps resolve the matter.

The online store's 14-day right of cancellation does not prevent the consumer customer from claiming defects after this period. If the customer has received a defective or incorrect product, the online store is liable for the defect according to the Consumer Protection Act. The online store is responsible for the return costs of a defective product and other obligations under the Consumer Protection Act.

Customer Service

Our staff is happy to assist with any questions regarding your order. Customer service contact details are available via email at info@niramuchuart.com or by phone at 0403531022. The cost of the call depends on the customer's operator agreement.

Limitation of Liability

The online store is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage related to the order, delivery, or product, except as required by the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory legal obligations. The online store is not liable for damages caused by force majeure.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement regarding the purchase contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
